Reflecting on the month-long visit of Cuban painter Carlos Quintana to Innsbruck, where he engaged in a residency and allowed a behind-the-scenes look into his creative process. Hosted by Steinmayr & Co Insurance Group it was the maestro’s first time in Austria. Over the course of several weeks he created new artworks which where ultimately exhibited at Burg Hasegg in Hall alsongside some other pieces of his creative portfolio. Hafzoo accompanied Quintana’s stay and produced an artist portrait as well as a video installation for the exhibition.

In addition Innsbruck based design studio Circus produced an uptodate catalog showcasing Quintana’s artistic journey.
