For everyone who doesn’t know, RFID is radio frequency identification – the future of article and shop floor management for retail stores. I had no clue as to what that means before the project, but when we started pitching ideas for the film, I realised the full potential of this technology for time saving, supply chain and accuracy in a retail environment.

We built a set in a studio to mimic the different areas on a shop floor. With the help of Detego’s RFID solutions we organised, counted, logged and tidied up a number of chaotically distributed fashion models, controlling them like products in a retail store.
