Hafzoo travelled across the pond to shoot the second part of “The Edge” in Tucson Arizona, famous for its cacti, desert and aircraft boneyard. We filmed with Giro d’Italia winner Ryder Hesjedal, Andrew Talansky and Jonathan Vaughters known as team boss JV. For Vaughters we scouted a control-room office in a tall building and ended up dressing a conference room in the Bank of America, the second highest building in Tucson. The views were stunning and gave his part in the film a grande presence with a master-mind feel.

As shooting vehicle the camera team rigged a Chevrolet Camaro, turning it into a camera-muscle-car which did a smooth job on Catalina Highway. We were lucky with the sunset on Mt. Lemmon as a few days later a cold front covered everything in snow! … phew, a close call again. Thanks for sharing some great production stills to dream team photographer R. Knight.
